Breakfast

All this gorgeous Melbourne spring weather deserves an awesome raw breakfast.
Orange, banana, strawberry and raspberry fruit smoothie with homemade linseed and chia seed crackers.

2 oranges, 1 banana, a few strawberries and a hand full of frozen raspberries make for the ultimate smoothie.

I made crackers in the dehydrator last night. First I soaked some linseeds and chia seeds in 1.5 times as much water for a few hours. I added a pinch of salt and some yeast flakes for extra flavour and spread out spoonfuls onto the dehydrator tray. I just put the dehydrator on in the evening and by morning I have yummy crackers.
